I am 18 years and recently I realized I could see dark spots in my vision .. no one else sees what I see, and only in my left eye .. I do not know what it is ..

Two options come to mind, assuming that it "floating", which are common to all, and are generally more remarkable as you age. But they are not old enough to have a big problem with them as equals, and reaches the most children, their "floating" is supported in particular by sources brighter white light.
