What Can I Do For Spondylosis In My Dog Pain In My Back (spondylosis)?

Pain in my back (spondylosis)? - what can i do for spondylosis in my dog

Hello!
I have a problem with my back and I'm in a wheelchair since '98 (after the accident) I also double amputee above the knee. Since the beginning of this year, I have observed, develops more problems with his back. I go to school and my wheelchair most of the time (with the artificial legs) and was very tired at the end of the course.
X-rays showed that I have arthritis cervical / thoracic and lumbar spine. The greatest pain comes from my spine and pressure sensation in the chest, I sometimes lost the feeling in my head. I would have terrible headaches, nausea, upset stomach and my eyes are dry (which is very bad too), increased blood pressure. And that worries me the most is that - is I have trouble, full breath. It is as if my lungs are compressed and there is no weight in high schoolk-muscles are very painful.

What can I do to begin to improve my condition in order to reduce the symptoms?

I would be grateful for any information. Thank you very much

Andy, many parts to this question. One problem with the people in a wheelchair for long hours postural deviations. It is difficult to correct your posture while sitting for long hours without breaks. This allows the weakness and atrophy in the muscles are kept in the correct position. How much stress is? The stress, more problems with high blood pressure and headaches. This pressure can be a limitation to the breathing muscles and cause you to give the feeling of not able to take normal breathing. Another problem with people amputated above the knee prosthesis is that even with the hip flexor, not only right to spread and that creates more tension in the lower back thatThis in turn goes to the spine. My advice is to get with a doctor, take-off and checked. If everything goes well then a referral to a physiotherapist and they cooperate with you. The need is on the atrophied muscles work is very important and should not be over looked.
