Yes, you can play all games without in R4 GBC EZ Flash 3 in 1, except for GBA games. Only
first need the ROM for the Game Boy Color called Lameboy 0.11:

unpack with WinRAR.
Once you have a folder named 'CBG in the root folder.
Just drag the folder on your lameboy.nds GBC
and then be downloaded from Pokemon Silver here:
http://romhustler.net/download/gbc/1679
After downloading, simply drag the folder specified by GBC, which also lameboy.nds
